As a founding member, you directly contribute to the foundation of NORI and the generations it will serve. Your name, should you choose, will be recognised in our documentation and displayed in our future facility as part of the community that built this vision from the ground up.

Our Membership Pathways
We offer three main membership pathways. Each provides evidence-based support and strategies to help the children entrusted to you realise their full potential. They offer different levels of engagement and depth, but are rooted in the same vision.
Umija Membership
Collective Work and Responsibility
Umija centres on community. It is about building and maintaining our village together, making our brothers’ and sisters’ challenges our own, and solving them collectively.
Delivered through:
• Monthly virtual seminars structured around key themes
• Community dialogue and shared learning
• Access to the NORI Library and resources
Nia Membership
Purpose
Nia represents commitment to the building and development of our community.
In addition to Umija membership benefits, Nia members receive:
• 1:1 support with expert coaches
• Structured guidance through the INTENT Pathway
• Long-term implementation support
This pathway is for those ready to move from inspiration to structured transformation.

Unity
Umoja is about strengthening unity across family, community, nation, and race.
This membership provides:
• Access to seminar recordings
• NORI Library materials
• Independent application of the INTENT principles
