Inspiring change through research and education

Nea Onnim Research Institute

We are a start-up intradisciplinary, non-partisan, non-profit think tank dedicated to the social and economic development of Africa and Africans, regardless of their physical location on the earth. We believe through research and education, sustainable growth, development and transformation in Africa is achievable in this lifetime. We use research to find pragmatic solutions to problems, working with individuals, communities, organisations and beyond to implement and monitor progress. We pride ourselves on making information accessible, enabling everyone to make informed decisions.

Mission

  • Our unique approach, grounded in research, establishes strong foundations as the basis of learning and development both individually and collectively, equipping and empowering students, regardless of background, to realise their full potential.
  • We work with all interested parties: parents, educators, organisations & policy makers to implement this approach.
  • We aim to build a unique world-class research and education facility in Ghana, serving as our headquarters.

Strategy

Rooted in pragmatism, we pursue rigorous, interdisciplinary research, using our findings to:
  • Develop educational principles that promote sustainable growth, development and self-actualisation.
  • Support individuals, communities, organisations, and policymakers to implement and monitor solutions.
  • Cultivate a global community of stakeholders committed to the socioeconomic empowerment of all Africans.
  • Offer practical solutions to urgent social and policy challenges, acknowledging the complexity of social dynamics and political realities.
  • Ensure knowledge is accessible, empowering people to make informed decisions.
