How the Monthly Structure Works
Each month focuses on one theme from the INTENT Themes.
You will have access to a series of short, research-based video lectures available through our virtual learning environment. These provide the conceptual foundation for the month.
Members of the Umija and Nia communities vote on the seminar discussion topic. Our expert-led virtual seminar then explores the chosen issue in depth, translating ideas into practical strategies that parents and educators can apply immediately.
All sessions are recorded and published in the NORI Library, allowing you to revisit and build over time.
